It looks nice but you definetly get what you pay for. I am glad it was not expensive otherwise I would have my mother send it back. The 3 circles do not change and they are apparently for looks, but what I dont understand is why put it on there if it doesnt work. It is cheap, but the black is nice looking. I think it is cute. The circles in the middle are just for show, they do not move, again for $20 I am not surprised and had read that in a review before buying it. In large part I got this watch for a trip (but it didn't show up in time) and to see if I like the large 'boyfriend' watch look. From the beginning I wanted a much more expensive watch, but was worried I would find it heavy or cumbersome. I didn't mind either with this watch and plan to get myself a different watch that costs more ($100 - $125), but primarily got this watch to try the concept out. However, if it still kept time well I would continue to wear it, but it loses 5 or 10 minutes a day after less than six months of use. I am not impressed.
